The world of Asaria
An archipelago of islands floating over the Void, each one stopped at an hour of the day. Crystal caves, forests at sunset, terraced towns — and monsters guarding the light that remains.
The story
How this world came to be what it is.
-
Alvor and the cycle of light
Above the world flew Alvor, the Crystal Bird. She kept the cycle of light going: light came down from Alvor, warmed the land, made the plants grow and gave strength to the creatures. Then it rose back up to her — and the cycle began again. That is how every day began and ended.
-
The light stopped returning
One day, for a reason no one knows, the light stopped rising. Unable to return to Alvor, it began to build up in the world: in the land, the stones, the plants and the creatures.
-
O Estilhaço
Alvor could not bear this imbalance, and one of her wings broke. That day became known as the Estilhaço. The world cracked into pieces that began to fall into the Vazio, the bottomless abyss that lies beneath everything. Great crystals grew out of the rock and held those pieces in the air: that is how the floating islands that still exist today were born.
-
The frozen hours
The Estilhaço also broke time. With the light standing still, the day stopped moving forward, and each island was frozen at the hour it was in at that moment. That is why there is an island where it is always dawn, a forest where the sun never finishes setting and caves where it is always night. Travelling from one region to another also means crossing the hours of the day.
-
The monsters
The built-up light also changed the creatures. Filled with light they cannot release, many became restless and aggressive — they are the monsters that attack travellers. Whoever defeats them sets that trapped light free and gives the world back a little of its lost balance.
-
O Batimento
Long after the Estilhaço, deep in the Crystal Caves, the miners began to feel something new: a steady pulse, like a heartbeat, coming from inside the crystal. No one knows what it is. They call it the Batimento — and it seems to be waking up.
And you?
You are a traveller who has just arrived in this broken world. Like everyone who lives here, you carry a Semente de Asa — a wing seed — in your chest: a small spark of light that is still asleep and wakes as you set free the light trapped in the world. Before setting out, every traveller stands before the Espelho de Alvor, which shows for a moment who they could become.
Places you will discover
Real in-game images. And these are only the first: new regions arrive over time.
Ilha dos Primeiros Passos
Where every journey begins: a spring island caught in the first sunlight, with rivers, stone bridges and the first beasts to face.
Aldeia Lumiar
The first village, lit by lanterns and by a fountain that never goes out. No one attacks anyone here: it's the place to shop, talk and take on new quests.
Orla das Poças
A stone shore full of crystal-clear tide pools, cherry trees and an old shrine — and creatures that don't like visitors.
Ilha dos Cristais
Turquoise waters, cherry trees and temples under a summer sky. The crystals growing out of the ground are coveted by all — and well guarded.
Vale das Brumas
Stone peaks and pines rising above a sea of clouds, in a place where the day never finished dawning. Beneath the mist, the first great challenges of the journey.
Cavernas de Cristal
Beneath the valley, galleries glowing in the dark, abandoned mines and gardens of giant mushrooms. Deep down, something pulses in the Coração de Cristal.
Arena do Senhor dos Cristais
A stone lake ringed with blue crystals and braziers. There the Senhor dos Cristais, guardian of the caves, waits for anyone who dares to challenge him — preferably as a party.
Pouso do Peregrino
A terraced town among cherry trees and wooden gates, where travelers rest, trade and get ready for the road ahead. The great bell announces every arrival.
Entrada das Grutas
On the outskirts of the Pouso, blue crystals grow out of the walls and mark the entrance to the caves leading to the world below.
Rio Subterrâneo
A blue river running beneath the world, between docks, boats and lanterns. Those who follow the current find passages few people know.
Bosque do Ocaso
A forest caught in a sunset that never ends, with red leaves and bridges over the water. Beautiful from afar — and dangerous for the careless.

Os Renascidos
Monks from the monasteries of the Tundra da Meia-Noite who keep the rite of rebirth. They say only they can still count the time since the hour stopped.
-
A Casa do Espelho
They tend the Espelho de Alvor, the great mirror that protects the city and brings back those who fall in battle. Without them, no square would be safe.
-
As Casas de Cristal
Merchants and smiths who buy, keep and forge crystal — the coin and the metal of this world. They only accept living crystal.
