Delete your account

You can delete your Asaria account and the data linked to it at any time, from this page, without installing or opening the game.

How it works

Sign in with the account’s email and password.
We send a 6-digit code to that email: it proves the account is yours.
Type the code and confirm. The account is closed immediately: nobody can enter the game, the launcher, the forum or the shop with it any more.
For 14 days, you can still come back to this page and cancel. After that, the data is erased and nothing can be recovered.

The account’s email and password: the account number is no longer linked to you (with a debt, an active sanction or a payment that can still be disputed, only a keyed fingerprint of the email remains, see below).
The characters: name, inventory, skills, progress, titles. Only game numbers remain, with no name and no link to you (class, gender, level, experience, play time, total crystals bought).
Recognized devices, saved sessions, verification codes and IP addresses.
Game records and the bug reports you sent.
Your forum nickname and votes. Your messages stay, signed «Conta excluída» (deleted account) — or they are erased too, if you tick the option below.
The list of players you blocked; and you leave the lists of those who blocked you.
Support requests, the origin of your sign-up, your invitation code, Asaria Points and usage measurement.
The account with the same email on the test server (PBE) and the PBE invitation.

Purchase records (amount, taxes, date, country, acceptance of the rules): 10 years, legal accounting obligation.
If the account has a debt (chargeback), an active sanction or a payment less than 121 days old (the period during which it can still be disputed): the fraud prevention data and a keyed fingerprint (HMAC) of the email, which can only recognise the same address (never the email itself) and prevents creating another account with it, for as long as that lasts.
Reports and reported messages: 180 days, for moderation.
Database backups: up to 30 days; the hosting provider’s automatic backups: up to 6 weeks.
Technical copies on the game server (characters, ranking, titles): up to 30 days.

Warning: characters, items, crystals and any unused balance of the account are lost with the deletion and are not refunded.
